Palm Beach County, Fla., operates multiple golf courses, each of which has unique conditions, and all of which compete with other nearby golf facilities. In order to manage costs and up their competitive edge, the county sought a golf course maintenance partner. They chose us.

Recognizing a Pattern
By auditing play at each course, we were able to recognize a pattern by which labor crews could float between courses, working and completing tasks during down times and keeping play uninterrupted.
Likewise, our own Dr. Todd Bunnell, one of the industry’s leading agronomists, also helped the county make cost-effective decisions with regular on-site meetings to review course conditions at each property and develop quarterly agronomic plans.

In 2012, the county consolidated all of its golf course maintenance under one contract with us — a move that has resulted in a $241,000 annual savings.
In addition to providing knowledgeable superintendents and staff, BrightView also included site visits from their in-house agronomists, which have benefitted us immensely.
