Michael Dozier

Michael Dozier serves as BrightView’s Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer, responsible for leading the company’s growth strategy around revenue generation, business growth, and profitability. He was appointed to this role in February 2024.

Most recently, he served as the company’s President, Evergreen (Maintenance Services), following the merger of the Evergreen East and Evergreen West divisions in 2023. Previously, he was President of the Evergreen East division. During his tenure with BrightView, he has held various leadership positions, including Senior Branch Manager, Regional Manager, and Senior Vice President. Mr. Dozier joined BrightView in 2000, from ServiceMaster Management Services Group, a leading provider of pest control, restoration, and cleaning services. He has over 25 years of experience in the landscaping industry, including roles with both of BrightView’s legacy companies, ValleyCrest Companies and The Brickman Group.

Mr. Dozier holds a bachelor’s degree in Ornamental Horticulture and a master’s degree in Plant and Biological Science from Southern Illinois University.
