Adjacent to the bustling City Market and the recently completed Cultural Trail, luxury hits new heights with the 360 Market Square apartment tower located in the heart of Downtown Indianapolis. BrightView provided badly needed green space to this urban heat island by building soil and landscape plantings while also creating a new sustainability standard with artificial turf, decorative gravel, and aluminum edging. Parents kick-back and relax to the heat of the fire-pit while children escape to the fresh, cool lawn to play. The outdoor lounge areas feature T.V.'s and grills that are well suited for any event from Birthday parties to sports games. The outdoor dining space along the edge of the cultural trail encourages more foot traffic and pedestrian interaction while also being a beacon of new living possibilities.
