The extraordinary works of art contained within the Kimbell Art Museum are something to behold; but so too is the landscape that welcomes visitors, which is a study in texture and pattern. Orderly lines of trees create a motif across a neatly manicured lawn. Swooping rooflines are echoed in a gentle, curving fountain. Using hardscape, plants and trees as a medium, the landscape paints a tribute to the artists the museum features.
