Located on a beautiful hilltop set against the majestic San Gabriel Mountains, the 650-acre Pacific Palms Resort features two of the top rated golf courses in the Los Angeles area, the legendary “Ike” and “Babe” courses.

Golf Course Maintenance:

BrightView provides comprehensive golf course maintenance services for Pacific Palm Resort’s two championship golf courses. Our service mandate is to elevate the health, conditioning, and presentation of the courses so that they are consistently regarded as among the finest public-access golf courses in the L.A. market. Our service scope extends to every facet of daily maintenance and long-term management of the properties, including: on-site supervision, annual and long term agronomic planning, budget management, labor sourcing and management, materials sourcing, irrigation management, equipment maintenance, tree management and long-term planning. Pacific Palms is partially located on a reclaimed landfill, which adds unique challenges and complexities to our responsibilities. The entire resort is irrigated with 100% recycled water which requires careful management to mitigate possible impact on the turf and other landscaped areas.
