For more than 15 years, we have partnered with the city of Anaheim to help maintain their two 18-hole municipal golf courses. When the economic downturn hit, Anaheim called on us to help them reduce operating costs, while maintaining the level of excellence their golf community had come to expect.

Floating Crews

The solution was a workflow plan that allowed crews to “float” between the two courses, enabling uninterrupted play and the same high standards.

Saving Money

The plan saved the city $150,000 per year in labor costs, and the courses continue to draw players and accolades.
