Shares of BrightView’s common stock are expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange on June 28, 2018 under the symbol “BV,” and the offering is expected to close on July 2, 2018, subject to customary closing conditions.

Students at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Florida worked with BrightView volunteers to complete an outdoor leaning space, adding educational gardens, a butterfly garden, and a reflective and tranquility garden.

While working on the first phase of the Malibu Lumber Yard's development, the city enacted a development moratorium to solve wastewater and runoff water quality issues. The landscape had to meet this new criteria while exceeding the benchmark for sustainability.
