BrightView is restoring nature to a former 4,700-acre airport in Denver as part of a large-scale master-planned community which will feature more than 1,116 acres of parks and open spaces, including 50 parks and 47 miles of bike and walking trails.

Pavilion Park sits on the former 3,700-acre El Toro Marine Corps Airbase Station and was achieved through a thoughtful and sophisticated design-build process. In particular, large heritage trees provide shade throughout, including an expansive terrace designed for community gatherings. The terrace features a unique art installation of wind chimes, which further contributes to the relaxed atmosphere of the park. Southern California-native and California-friendly plants were also used to create a bold, simple, and distinctive landscape.

The second of the Great Park Neighborhoods, Beacon Park was designed with a creative spirit in mind and aims to spur the imagination. Design concepts were driven by the idea of navigation by land, sea, and air, offering residents and visitors a unique experience while exploring the various elements of the park.
