Within months of BrightView on the job, the crew was re-energized and clear on priorities, strong golf maintenance leadership was established, and the maintenance equipment was upgraded. In addition, BrightView worked with the board to develop and communicate a Master Plan and Tree Management Plan that would take Canyon Lake into the future.

BrightView’s GROW was created with a mission of attracting, retaining, and promoting women within the company. As one of its first tasks, GROW surveyed the approximately 1,300 women at BrightView and learned that they overwhelmingly liked working for the company and more.

Palo Alto was looking to reduce costs for its two municipal golf courses and outsourced to BrightView. Though this, the city has a provider it can rely on for proactive communication and the day-to-day golf course maintenance, but a trusted partner who could help achieve long-term success.
